Yes, you need a Microsoft 365 Business Standard licence. Which we supply & manage. Councillors do not need a separate licence.
Yes, as long as it is Microsoft 365 Business Standard. We would also need full admin control of the system in order to manage security, updates and improvements.
No, councillor’s can access CouncilNet completely licence free.
Yes, we can provide backup systems at an additional cost which will back up all your Microsoft 365 data including your Intranet data.
Ideally yes, to be compliant with Assertion 10, councils must use a generic hosted authority-owned domain.
